Ibex Camping was established in 2005 and being keen campers ourselves we are committed to sourcing quality products at great prices with a commitment to customer service that we pride ourselves on. Our pricing policy is simple we sell products we'd be love to buy @ prices we'd be happy to pay. We strive to bring you the best the season has to offer, looking for new and innovative products to compliment any camping trip. From Family tents to festival tents whether your planning a family camping trip or a backpacking and hiking expedition we scour the market to bring you the best the season has to offer. From a full family camping package including the tent to a pair of wellies! Having over 20 years family camping experience we are able to offer advice, assistance and guidance to the new camper. The products that we are carefully selected with our customers in mind, our family camping range offers all the basics. For those backpacking and hiking we have a range of high quality lightweight products from a selection of brands aimed at this specialist market. If your a Festival goer our range of must have tents, mats, sleeping bags and other essentials have been chosen to last the whole season. Perhaps a customer who just enjoys the outdoors, we've put together a great collection of outdoor clothing and wellingtons as well as other travel necessities. Over the years we have taken pleasure in sourcing particular items for customers... very often we learn a little too!
Over recent years, the market has become increasingly aware of enviromental impacts, some of our products support the leave no trace outdoor ethics, a range that we are adding to all the time. Here at Ibex Camping we support the ethos that buying great items that won't let you down means less waste in the enviroment.
Having two teenagers that have participated in the D of E scheme we are aware of the benefts of great kit , and are committed to providing the best possible prices in addition we are happy to offer participants a 10% discount. This offer also extends to scout groups etc.
Being a family run business, we appreciate the benefit of flexible shopping, so as well as online sales, you are more than welcome to buy direct from our premises in Little Paxton. We are happy to offer flexible opening hours to suit you.Just give us a call and we'll see you there!

Our Delivery Charges
Within the UK We can despatch up to 25kg for only £6.99. Within the UK
Highlands and Islands - we try not to but occasionally may have to increase the delivery charge
Outside the Uk - we will try to process your order whenever possible but there will be an increased Delivery Charge*.
*Outside Uk delivery charges will be quoted at cost - by email on receipt of your order - with the option to cancel the order should the cost be excessive
Smaller items are calculated on weight within the services offered
We offer 3/5 Day, 2/4 day or 24hr services to meet our customer's needs.
All prices are calculated on weight and we only charge the true cost of postage and packing allowing for fees.
Items are usually despatched within 1/2 working days.

Just a few notes about our delivery ...
Our Maximum Delivery Charge is £6.99 up to 25kg's therefore once your order reaches this weight we will automatically despatch on our 24hr courier service.
We recycle our packaging so your parcel may arrive in a box that isn't relevant to your purchase... don't worry the contents will be correct!
If you receive your package damaged please don't open it - please either reject the delivery as damaged or contact us as soon as possible , we may ask you to take some photo's for us so that we can raise a claim with our courier(s)
Which Royal Mail Service? Very Occassionally (less than 1%) parcels sent via Royal Mail can go missing more often than not these are usually sent standard post, as these are untrackable we are unable to track the order online for you. If you select a Recorded Delivery Service we are able to track the parcel and keep you updated... it's just a little more secure.
Ultimately we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and we are committed to providing the best possible shopping experience.
Distance Selling
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 7 days of delivery provided they are in a new and unused condition with your original receipt and packaging.
If you have used the item then they will be deemed as accepted and not returnable unless faulty.
To cancel an item please email or call, items must be received within 7 days, once inspected a full refund will be initiated less any postage costs.
Postage costs will only be refunded in the event of error on our behalf.
Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may return your item within 14 days.
Items must be returned with proof of purchase , in an unopened, unused condition with original labels attached.
Boots and Clothing Returns.
We will happily refund or replace items not suitable due to size as long as items are returned in an unopened state.
Unfortunately we cannot refund postage cost and replacment items will also be charged a new postage cost.
Faulty goods
In the case of faulty goods due to a manufacturing defect we will provided the item has been used for the purpose it was intended offer a repair, refund or replacement at our or the manufacturers discretion.
Please note that this policy does not cover reasonable wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse or neglect.

We try to process refunds with the minium amount of postage costs, we will in the case of faulty items refund the return postage (postage paid to return the item to us) once the item has been inspected.
Tent returns
Tents must be returned in a dry condition. Any tent returned with signs of having been pitched outside will be considered as used.
Postage Costs on Returns
Postage costs will only be refunded in the event of error on our behalf.
