Our Delivery Charges 

Within the UK We can despatch up to 25kg for only £6.99. Within the UK 

Highlands and Islands - we try not to but occasionally may have to increase the delivery charge 

Outside the Uk - we will try to process your order whenever possible but there will be an increased Delivery Charge*.

*Outside Uk delivery charges will be quoted at cost - by email on receipt of your order - with the option to cancel the order should the cost be excessive

Smaller items are calculated on weight within the services offered 

We offer 3/5 Day, 2/4 day or 24hr services to meet our customer's needs.

All prices are calculated on weight and we only charge the true cost of postage and packing allowing for fees. 

Items are usually despatched within 1/2 working days.

24hr Delivery doesn't guarantee delivery next day so... If your item is urgent please call 01480 40 40 30 or email us

A GUIDE TO OUR POSTAGE AND PACKING CHARGES * 

Just a few notes about our delivery ... 

Our Maximum Delivery Charge is £6.99 up to 25kg's therefore once your order reaches this weight we will automatically despatch on our 24hr courier service. 

We recycle our packaging so your parcel may arrive in a box that isn't relevant to your purchase... don't worry the contents will be correct!

If you receive your package damaged please don't open it - please either reject the delivery as damaged or contact us as soon as possible , we may ask you to take some photo's for us so that we can raise a claim with our courier(s)

Which Royal Mail Service? Very Occassionally (less than 1%) parcels sent via Royal Mail can go missing more often than not these are usually sent standard post, as these are untrackable we are unable to track the order online for you. If you select a Recorded Delivery Service we are able to track the parcel and keep you updated... it's just a little more secure. 

Distance Selling 

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 7 days of delivery provided they are in a new and unused condition with your original receipt and packaging.

If you have used the item then they will be deemed as accepted and not returnable unless faulty.

To cancel an item please email or call, items must be received within 7 days, once inspected a full refund will be initiated less any postage costs.

Postage costs will only be refunded  in the event of error on our behalf.


Returns 

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may return your item within 14 days.

Items must be returned with proof of purchase , in an unopened, unused condition with original labels attached. 

 
Boots and Clothing Returns.

We will happily refund or replace items not suitable due to size as long as items are returned in an unopened state.

Unfortunately we cannot refund postage cost and replacment items will also be charged a new postage cost.

Faulty goods 

In the case of faulty goods due to a manufacturing defect we will provided the item has been used for the purpose it was intended offer a repair, refund or replacement at our or the manufacturers discretion.

Please note that this policy does not cover reasonable wear and tear,  accidental damage, misuse or neglect.

We try to process refunds with the minium amount of postage costs,  we will in the case of faulty items refund the return postage (postage paid to return the item to us)  once the item has been inspected.

Tent returns

Tents must be returned in a dry condition. Any tent returned with signs of having been pitched outside will be considered as used.

Postage Costs on Returns

Postage costs will only be refunded in the event of error on our behalf.
