Hello Ibex camping,
we ordered a suncamp utility toilet tent from yourselves just before going camping this august 2011 unsure if it would reach us before we went you sent it to our camping destination and it arrived safe and sound and was ready and waiting for us on arrival. however when we put the toilet tent together the stitching at the top was incorrect so made the toilet tent a bit uneven, we were however still able to use it, we sent a message whilst camping to yourselves and were told on arriving home we would be able to send back and you would replace. on arriving home we did just that and this was picked up by a delivery person changed and sent back within a week, great service and would be very happy to make further orders and recommend to family and friends thanks for the great service in this day and age its much appreciated.

Many thanks for the waspinators, and for getting them to me so quickly in time for our holiday. They were really effective and I now need to place another order as my in-laws asked me to leave ours at their villa in Greece for the rest of the summer!
We were all amazed at how well they worked, infact we only saw perhaps three wasps in the whole weeks stay. Compared with last 3 years, where we were inundated with them, it was great not to keep worrying about the children getting stung.
We even ate outside in peace, including toast and jam and ice-creams as well as barbeques.
I can honestly say that it was thanks to the waspinators that we were able to relax and enjoy being outdoors.
Thanks again Rebecca and I look forward to getting the next ones for my garden here!

Once again another great tent at a great price. As usual we got your
superb customer service (well we expect little else from you these days)
and a camping light at a bargain price too. We will continue to make you
our first point of call for all our camping needs, even though you are 80
odd miles away as we expect high quality of service and cannot find it
anywhere else. Just for the benefits of the website this is what we have
bought from you so far:
1 Aztec Cantera 9 berth tent (ex demo at £100).
A camp kitchen (ex demo another bargain).
A 2 ring large stove (ex demo another bargain).
A washing up stand and bowl (another ex demo bargain).
A child's camouflage chair (another bargain but this time we did buy a new
one).
An Aztec Cascada 2 man tent (for the niece superb tent at a great price,
we bought this one new). A rechargable camping light (slightly marked and
anther great reduction given, mind you the ordinary price was brilliant).
A set of large (we mean large, spaghetti bolognese for 5 no problem)
Sunncamp saucepans, less than a coleman set of 3 beans in and they are
full saucepans.
A water carrier.
Just to recap, buy from Ibex safe in the knowledge you get great service
at a great price!
