How to use .... to activate the Gel Pad

Bend metal disc in the gel until it clicks
Massage the Gel for a few seconds for optimum performance
To retain heat for longest period keep gels out of the elements.

How to use ... to recharge the Gel Pad

Prepare a saucepan with boiling water
Carefully place the gel in boiling water for 10-15 minutes or until the contents are completely liquified
Do not handle gels after boiling. Allow to cool down.
Once cooled the gels are ready for re-activation
Can be reused up to 100 times if correctly used.
