Ultimately we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and we are committed to providing a pleasurable shopping experience.

We have compiled the following terms and conditions which in no way affect your statutory rights.

These terms and conditions cover all purchase made, on-line, via email, phone or with the exception of the distance selling clause in person at our premises.

Products

All items are sold singly unless otherwise stated , although every effort is made to ensure that item's are in stock regrettably we cannot guarantee - should your purchase be out of stock we will endeavour to let you know via email within 24 hours.

Prices

All prices quoted are in £ sterling.

Item Descriptions and pricing errors 

Every effort is taken to ensure that the items listed withing this website are accurate and correct. Item specifications are supplied by the manufacturer/our supplier and are to the best of our knowledge correct. Ibex Camping cannot take any responsibility for any errors or ommissions and reserves the right to alter pricing or specification.  

Should an error occur we will try our best to rectify this , we do though reserve the right to in exceptional circumstances cancel the sale.

Purchases / Orders 

Purchases can be placed via this shop, phone or in person directly from our premises.

We are delighted to receive orders from within the uk and associated Islands , we will try to satisfy orders placed outside the uk however these may be subject to extra charges.

A confirmation email will be sent following your purchase.

Payment
We accept payment by cash or cheque at our Premises, or via the payment gateway within out E-shop.

Items will not be despatched before cleared payment is received.

Delivery and Charges 

We can despatch up to 30kg for only £6.25.

Smaller items are calculated on weight within the services offered 

Items will be despached within 1/2 working days.

We offer Several services to meet our customer's needs. All prices are calculated on weight. We only charge the true cost of postage and packing allowing for all fees. 

Distance Selling 

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery provided they are in a new and unused condition with your original receipt and packaging.

If you have used the item then they will be deemed as accepted and not returnable unless faulty.

To cancel an item please email or call, items must be received within 14days, once inspected a full refund will be initiated less any postage costs.

Postage costs will only be refunded  in the event of error on our behalf.

 

Returns 

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may return your item within 14 days. Items must be returned with proof of purchase , in an unopened, unused condition with original labels attached. 

 
Boots and Clothing Returns.

We will happily refund or replace items not suitable due to size as long as items are returned with all labels still attached and in an unworn state. Unfortunately we cannot refund postage cost and replacment items will also be charged a new postage cost.

Faulty goods

In the case of faulty goods due to a manufacturing defect we will provided the item has been used for the purpose it was intended offer a repair, refund or replacement at our or the manufacturers discretion.

Please note that this policy does not cover reasonable wear and tear,  accidental damage, misuse or neglect.

Tent returns

Tents must be returned in a dry condition. Any tent returned with signs of having been pitched outside will be considered as used.

Postage Costs 

Returned items are to be posted by you (our customer) at your expense - The cost of Return postage should be the same as our despatch postage - For larger item's we can arrange for a courier collection at your (our customer) cost plus a surcharge of £2.34 - this is imposed by our courier provider.

Postage costs will only be refunded in the event of error on our behalf.

Refunds


In the event of a refund being issued we will this immediately by the method used for the original payment - IBEX Camping cannot be responsible for any transaction charges resulting from a refund - in order to allow time for processing in some circumstances we have made provision for a period of up to 14 days to issue refunds.

The information supplied by yourself for the purposes of completing an order, requesting information or contacting us will not be passed to any third parties.

We use third secure third party payment gateways and do not collect any payment details except payment confirmation.

Ibex Camping cannot take any responsibility for any breaches of this policy due to internet mis-use.

Our shopping cart provider  EKM Powershop provides our SSL.
